Are you looking to become a better overall athlete? Then give these lateral exercises a go!

1. Heavy Lateral X-Over Sled Walks


These are great for developing side-to-side explosive power because the athlete is required to put as much force into the ground as possible to move the sled.


2. Reactive Skater Hops


This will help you develop more leg power when pushing to the side; however, we must get off the ground as quickly as possible.


3. Lateral X-Over Sled Sprints


This exercise requires more ground force production than a regular x-over sprint because of the added resistance.


4. Reactive Multi-Directional Cuts


This exercise is all about being an athlete and getting to the cone as quickly as possible. React and Go!
