One technique I’ve been loving during this quarantine is the “Hanging Band Technique”. I’ve been using this technique at least once a week with different movements and this is what I have gotten from it:

💥 Increased Time Under Tension
💥 Forced Me to Maintain Constant Tension Throughout the Set
💥 Increased Work for Stabilizer Muscles
💥 Forced Me to Use Less Momentum Throughout the Lift

This is a great way to incorporate stability exercises into your program without having to worry about losing strength, if anything you will get stronger.
