Which consist of 6 progressively longer acceleration strides. These require that force be applied to the ground in order to produce momentum and velocity.
Once the 6 acceleration strides are completed, the athlete will run "through" a series of wickets placed at every increasing intervals. It is important that the athlete applies force so he or she can complete the drill.
